But what many don&#8217;t know: since 2021 the entire resort has been closed, and the beaches have been the subject of a lengthy legal dispute between Aman Resorts and the Montenegrin state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.75; margin-bottom: 1.5em;\">In May 2026 a settlement was reached \u2014 but what this means for regular visitors is more complicated than the official press releases suggest. This is the beach in all the photos, and you can still visit it without a hotel room. Swim, photograph, soak up the atmosphere.
