Ploce Beach sits on the Adriatic coast about 9 km north of Budva, near the village of Krimovica, surrounded by picturesque volcanic rock formations. This 10,000 m² beach complex is simply the place to be for young people wanting to party! Countless saltwater pools and sun terraces are woven into the landscape in terraced tiers. There are also pools with parasols and tables where you can sip cocktails without ever leaving the water. Different DJs perform here daily, and foam parties happen regularly.

For families, there are also four dedicated swimming pools just for children. You can also rent a boat, go jet skiing, or snorkel — the northern, rocky section towards Cape Platamuni offers particularly excellent underwater visibility. For the little ones, there’s a play room with professional staff, plus swimming lessons for non-swimmers.

Good to know: Despite its party reputation, Ploce Beach genuinely suits a broad crowd — mornings and outside peak season it’s noticeably calmer, and families with kids do well here too thanks to the separate children’s pools and supervision.

Ideal for young people who love parties, cocktails, DJs and cool beach events. Calm seekers probably won’t feel at home here — at least during peak season.

Getting to Ploce Beach

About 20 minutes by car from Budva
There’s also a bus connection to and from Budva
Alternatively, take a water taxi from Budva (about €8)

Insider tip: For the evening, it’s well worth the short drive (about 10 min.) up to Krimovica to Restaurant Carević, with a beautiful sea view — one of our personal favourites in the region.
